Johnson Construction & Building Ltd is a family-run building company based in Dorking, Surrey. Established in 2010, the business brings together more than 40 years of combined building experience across residential construction and property improvement.
We believe being local and hands-on matters. Rather than simply arranging a project and disappearing, we stay closely involved from the first conversation through to completion, helping the different stages of the work come together properly.
Our work includes house extensions, conversions, refurbishments, roofing, carpentry, landscaping, brickwork and structural alterations throughout Dorking and the surrounding Surrey areas.

Many of the tradespeople used within Johnson Construction projects have worked alongside the team for more than 20 years, creating long-standing working relationships across different types of residential building work.
Can I use my own electrician, plumber or decorator?
Yes. The complete package is an option, not a requirement. If you already have tradespeople you would like to use, we can work alongside them and coordinate our element of the project around the agreed programme.
Is your workmanship guaranteed?
Yes. Johnson Construction workmanship is supported by a 12-month guarantee. Any separate manufacturer warranties applicable to products or materials remain in place according to their own terms.

The company is based in Dorking and undertakes projects throughout the surrounding Surrey areas, including Bookham, Cobham, Esher and Reigate.
